You Don't Have to Move to Live in a Better Neighborhood. The Office of Neighborhood Services (ONS) assists Spokane's 29 neighborhoods with a variety of programs, like traffic calming, organizing graffiti and neighborhood clean-up events, and engaging residents.

The City of Spokane’s new online registry for long-term rental properties is open. Registration is an online process where applications will be submitted directly to the City using our existing online application system, Accela Citizen Access (spokanepermits.org).
Neighborhood Services, which works to make Spokane neighborhoods clean, safe, and healthy for all residents to live and thrive in. Clean-up also supports the City’s broader actions to reduce property crime, beautify Spokane, and promote community resiliency.
