   Unfortunately, I have not been able to install mods using other managers. I tried Mod Organizer 2, Vortex and even Kortex Mod Manager. But with none of them the game does not see the mods. So it's either Wrye Bash or (maybe) Oblivion Mod Manager (haven't tried it).
