Sign in with your NC State email address, Unity password, and Duo. Once signed in, you will have access to use the Microsoft Office 365 products online. You can also access Microsoft 365 apps through VCL at vcl.ncsu.edu .
The preferred method of access for Gmail is through a browser or through an official Gmail app. Accessing Gmail through a third-party email app (e.g. Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail) is possible, but it is not supported by the NC State Help Desk.

Enter your name in the provided box. 4) Next, Outlook will ask you for your email address. This is typically something like: unityid@ncsu.edu 5) The next page will ask for email server names.
