How to Perform a Password Sync. Go to the Password Change Form. Enter your Unity Username and current password in ALL THREE password fields. Your current password should be in the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password blanks. Select Submit.
2 mar 2022 · Reset your password using the self-service tool. You should see a ‘reset password’ link beside More. Select the link and you will be prompted to enter your unity ID. After you enter your unity ID, you will be asked to answer one of your 2-factor security questions.
Please try a self-service reset before setting a new password. If you are unable to answer your security questions or you don't have any set up please contact the NC State Help Desk Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm at 919-515-4357 for further support with your account.
