We ofer dental coverage to all beneficiaries ages 19 and older enrolled in Healthy Michigan Plan, as well as all enrollees ages 21 and older, enrolled in Medicaid. Please note: Children under age 21 and enrolled in Medicaid are automatically enrolled into the Healthy Kids Dental program.
Necessary and essential dental services, subject to the criteria and limitations listed in this policy, are covered for eligible Medicaid and NCHC beneficiaries as defined in Section 2.0 and Subsection 5.3.
