You may reserve your free Member tickets online at any time by visiting the NC Aquariums ticketing website. Choose the Aquarium location, select the date and time, and select the NC Aquarium Member option.
Your log in ID is your member ID located under the barcode on your membership card or the e-mail address of the primary member. If you do not have or cannot remember your password, click "Forgot/Request password" and an email will be sent to you for resetting your password.
NC Aquarium Members receive free admission, but reservations are required at each Aquarium. Select the NC Aquarium Member option when you book online. AZA reciprocal admission is available for advance tickets. NC Zoo members must follow the advance ticketing guidelines.
Returning Customers & Members: If you have made a purchase or reservation online with us before, please enter your email address as your login ID and then enter your password. Your profile will be loaded and save you time in reserving your activity.
