Inside Line for PC technically doesn’t exist. After the 2013 DLC came out, they released Inside Line with only the 2013 roster (removing 2012) as NASCAR The Game 2013 on Steam only. If it’s not there anymore I’m not sure how you’d get it.

The game was the first officially licensed PC NASCAR game since NASCAR SimRacing in 2005. The Windows version was released in July 2013. Like the console DLC, the PC version features the Gen-6 cars from the 2013 Sprint Cup Series season and updated 2013 season roster of drivers.
