I think the only reason to use the candidate portal is for printing the NTS. That said, I had an issue initially accessing the new portal too. It may be the browser you’re on. It wouldn’t allow me to sign up for the new portal using chrome. The NASBA person had me use Microsoft edge and that worked. Hope this helps

There is no longer CPA Central where you submit applications then NASBA CPA Candidate Account where you access your NTS, Score Notices, etc. Everything will be done through your CPA Portal.
Every single time I need to login to NASBA CPA Central or Okta I'm locked out and have to go through the reset process with NASBA which usually takes at least 48 hours. I only get access to the site for a few minutes before it locks me out again.
