29 paź 2009 · A 4" vane will clip the prongs every time, resulting in lousy flight and erratic accuracy. A 3" Duravane set to clear the prongs will out spin a 4" Duravane vane set to clear the rests, and usually works better as far as flight and accuracy.
7 maj 2014 · I love Quikspins but they need to be fletched either straight or slight offset as per directions from NAP. They are not designed for helical. I have had great success using an Arizona ez fletch (not the small helical one designed for Blazer vanes).

23 lip 2014 · Are you shooting carbons/AC or alloy? Alloy currently. At 34lbs with an average drawlength, that would fit quite chunky arrows. I'm unsure how much spin you'd get out of such a small vane given the rotational inertia of the shaft. More than without.
