Google translates "no se va, no se olvida" as "She doesn't go away, she doesn't forget." If you back up the song one line, then it makes more sense: "Ay, que vuelva por Ella / No se va, no se olvida" Translates to: "Oh come back for her / She doesn't leave, she doesn't forget."
