I contacted customer support via email and the technician, Mike, was very responsive. After a few emails clarifying everything, he said I should keep the shoes I have and donate them - and I will do that for a family member or friend - and he will send a new pair, 1/2 size larger, free of charge.

After waiting several more days, I tracked my package and learned the company had created the shipping label but hadn't formally shipped the items.
