Janet Grissom is a central Ohio painter and educator who studied at Ohio University and Ashland University, with additional training at the Ohio State University and Columbus College of Art and Design.
During the class there will be demonstrations of oil painting techniques, slide presentations, and in class painting projects that will allow you to become familiar with the basic methods, techniques & tools of oil painting. You will learn the basics of oil paints and brush handling, mediums and solvents.
Marianne Miller is a painter who lives and works in Columbus, Ohio. She attended Columbus College of Art and Design, majoring in illustration. After years in the commercial freelance business she returned to her original love, oil painting.
