How i got this issue fixed: While having the controller connected to the PC and the software is closed, press the windows icon on bottom left - go to settings - then "devices" (bluetooth, printers, mouse) - here you can see your connected revolution pro controller 3 - press it and then press "remove device" - after this plug out your controller ...
Revolution Pro Controller V3 has three different controller modes. In PS4 mode, the controller works directly without separate configuration or advanced settings. In Advanced mode, the controller can be adjusted to suit your needs. There are two advanced modes, one for PS4 and one for PC.
