If your license needs to be reinstated or restored, please use the chart below to identify what fee amount is owed and which application to use. The first step is to identify the date your license expired, which will inform you of the fee that is due to reinstate or restore the license.
Fees: All licenses expire July 31 of each year. License renewals must be submitted on-line or postmarked on or before August 1 of each year to avoid reinstatement and late fees. Please renew your license well before the deadline to avoid delays in receiving your renewed license card.
