Here is the video game “Civilization: Call to Power”! Released in 1999 on Windows, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's a strategy game, set in a managerial, turn-based, licensed title, 4x, generated levels, editor / construction set and turn-based strategy themes and it was released on Mac as well.

Outside of ebay, they're abandonware by this point. I think 2K own the rights, but they've shown no signs of wanting to distribute them since the mid-00s with Sid Meier's Civilization Chronicles. I suppose you could buy that for an absurd price from Amazon and the money might get back to the rights holders.
