13 sty 2015 · I sourced the kit from a company out of Lansing Mi. called Muscle Motors. They have two options for a 383, a 450 and a 496 kit. I went with the 450 kit to keep it street friendly and avoid having to clearance the block. The pricing is similar to the 440 Source type kits FYI.
17 mar 2015 · I am leaning toward the Muscle Motors kits but am open to other opinions. I am looking to make 550-600hp on pump gas with my eddy heads, performer rpm intake and a solid roller cam. I already have the comp cams pro magnum rockers so valve train is up to the task.
2 paź 2012 · I'm running a Muscle Motors 470 kit. Though it is still in the building process. I went with Stage VI Max wedge cylinder heads P5249579. I'll be running a STR-14 intake and two 750 Edelbrocks. I going to run a Hughes engine flat tappet cam, HUG HTL 8087BS.
