I definitely wasn’t a rich kid, but I got a used ‘78 DB frame and Red Line forks. I did get all new components. Probably all in, it was about the cost of a Huffy. I restored the bike a few years ago and now it hangs in my garage representing all that is RAD.

Every part on this bike came stock on a 1982 Murray X20C. Used an X20R frame and forks, because it’s the closest thing to the X20C frame. Only difference is the X20R Hi ten steel with mig welds, and the X20C is ChromeMoly with TIG welds. finding an X20C frame and forks is impossible .
