You may renew your individual RE license online, by mail, or in person. The standard fee for renewal is $125.00. Online renewals are discounted to $100.00. and under the Forms and Applications tab, find and print the Mail-in Renewal Application.
If you successfully renew online, DO NOT SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION. Complete Sections A through D of this application. Include a $125.00, non-refundable, renewal fee in the form of a check or money order made payable to the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

If your renewal date was within the past 12 months, you can reinstate your license, at a reduced fee, by using Online Services at www.grec.state.ga.us. Attach a notarized Lawful Presence Verification form and a Secure and Verifiable Document as detailed on our web site. (If not already on file with GREC).
