8 wrz 2023 · Unfortunately, if your school has blocked receiving the password reset emails, since your school have full control on your account, there is no way to bypass this restriction. You may need to contact your school's IT department to see if they can assist you with resetting your password or provide an alternative solution.
13 lip 2024 · When a student attempts to use the forgot password feature no email is sent/received, to them. (I've used on sample student accounts and have checked spam ) When the an admin user requests a forgot password, I received the email just fine.
Student passwords will be changed at least annually as part of this new process.
