The MPRE is administered three times each year, in March, August and November. Applications and information regarding the MPRE is available from NCBE at http://www.ncbex.org/about-ncbe-exams/mpre/. The passing score in New York for the MPRE is 85.
Dates and Deadlines. MPRE registration is a multi-step process. You must complete the NCBE portion of the registration process, schedule your test appointment with Pearson VUE, and pay the test fee by 11:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time on the registration deadline. Absolutely no new registrations will be accepted after the deadline.

5 gru 2022 · In New York, you can take the MPRE either before or after the bar exam, however, you must pass the MPRE within three years before or after passing the New York bar exam. Many students opt to take the MPRE in March of their 3L year.
Applicants for Admission by Examination must satisfy the eligibility requirements of Court of Appeals Rule 520.3, 520.4, 520.5, 520.6 or 520.17 and take and pass the UBE, NYLE and MPRE (See the Bar Exam Eligibility section of the BOLE website).
