Loosen the caliper fixing nut on the back of the caliper with a 5 mm hex key. Reposition the caliper so that both pads touch the rim at the same time. Tighten the caliper fixing nut. Then check brake pad alignment and adjustment to make sure pads are nice and square with the braking surface and not touching the tire.
