Morchella Mushrooms take 4 hours to grow, and are not watered. These mushrooms can be used to make prayer renewal potions, requiring 94 Herblore, or 25 Morchella mushrooms are used as payment to have a farmer watch over an elder sapling.
Start at the mushroom patch west of Canifis. The simplest way to get to the patch is by using the fairy ring CKS, which teleports you steps from the patch. Once you're there, harvest the mushrooms and plant new ones.
It’s ok to have coins and alch drops. It’s not ok to have crystal keys, dragonstones, water talismans on so many drop tables. Some suggested resources to consider: mort myre fungus, blood runes, red spider eggs, papayas, morchella mushrooms, cosmic runes, wines of zamorak.

Since, with the requisite farming level, these guarantee a morchella mushroom harvest from a mushroom patch, they're a reliable way to convert beans into GP. Especially with the elite morytania achievements, and tier 2 zygomite PoF perk.
