The biochemical tests conducted included gelatin liquefaction, starch hydrolysis, H 2 S production, Voges–Proskauer test, methyl red test, and catalase and urease determination. All strains isolated were subjected to phylogenetic analysis.
25 paź 2019 · Morchella sextelata is the strain studied in this work. A total of 3,717 genes written in the center indicate the gene number shared in these different Morchella species (or strains), while the...
In general, the reproduction and transmission of fungi can be carried out via asexual (or mitospores) and/or sexual spores (or meiotic spores), which can be haploid, diploid or polyploid, with each one having their own characteristics in terms of morphology, size and ornamentation color.
28 lip 2021 · In Morchella, the MAT1-1-10 and MAT1-1-11 genes were first reported for the Elata clade in the MAT1-1 idiomorph of M. importuna, and the MAT1-1-10 gene was first reported in the Esculenta clade in the MAT1-1 idiomorph of Morchella sp. Mes-20 (22, 23).
28 wrz 2024 · The Morchella sample was identified to be Morchella sp. Mel-21, and the dictyostelids were recognized as Dictyostelium implicatum H. Hagiw. based on morphological and molecular phylogenetic studies.
6 lis 2023 · Thus, this study clarified the pathogens, optimal growth environment, and characteristics of M. sextelata bacterial diseases, thereby providing valuable basic data for the disease prevention and control of Morchella production.
6 paź 2022 · In this study, we determined the identification efficiency of DNA barcoding and species classification of 260 individuals from 45 Morchella species, on the basis of multiple nuclear DNA markers. DNA barcoding analysis showed that the individual DNA fragment has a lower resolution of species identification than that of combined multiple DNA markers.
