The Tax Collector collects the General Property Taxes in January. The bills are generally mailed out the last week in December. Payments can be made upon receipt of bill through January 31st, without penalty.
21 gru 2022 · Town of Pittsford property owners whose taxes are not in escrow will receive their 2023 Town and County tax bills in the mail after January 1, 2023. Property tax bills also may be obtained through the Monroe County Real Property Portal on or after December 31, 2022.

17 lut 2023 · To be eligible to upgrade to the 2023 Enhanced STAR property tax exemption, seniors must: currently receive the Basic STAR property tax exemption; have one owner of the property who will be at least 65 years of age by December 31, 2023; and; have had 2021 income equal to or below $93,200.
Town and County Tax Bills will be mailed out on or before December 31st each year.
