If you navigate to the game's directory and try to launch it manually (double click Monopoly.exe, don't launch it from Steam or UPlay), you'll probably get an error indicating that msvcp110.dll is missing. Apparently Steam and UPlay suppress this error message.

19 maj 2019 · 1.) Uninstall Monopoly Plus from Steam. 2.) Uninstall and/or Reinstall Ubisoft's UPlay platform from the official website. 3.) Install Monopoly from UPlay. (While it still downloads and installs on Steam, it does seem to fix the issue) If it still does not work, try the following: * Repeat the steps above once to ensure it's done correctly.
Does anyone have any tips how to change screen resulution to 4k? Also to remove the fullscreen? This is VERY anoying to be stuck with crap resolution and with multiple monitors be stuck with the mouse in one monitor. Modern computers are better than this and is there a workaround to fix this?
