An in game setting that works well for me is using Nvidia Reflex like in Overwatch. And I prefer to cap my frame rate in-game instead of using other software like Riva tuner. And try setting your FPS cap to different weird FPS. My 120hz screen likes 125 FPS for some reason. Or 135, 145. ...etc. If I don't it's blurry AF as the frames don't sync. 36
