19 maj 2020 · On Device Manager is says Code 31 and displays the name as Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. The error message states: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Try going into Control Panel-->Programs-->Programs and Features to find your AMD Radeon driver software and attempt to uninstall that first, then do a restart. Perhaps Code 31 will resolve after that. Another possibility after uninstalling the Radeon driver is to shut down your PC, unplug your PSU, and remove the 6700XT from your motherboard.
