Your problem is your gameconfig. The normal gameconfig doesn't support many addon cars. Try this gameconfig. This should fix the problem. Had the same problem just 2 days ago :)

26 sie 2022 · Normally since it's only certain games restarting we'd focus on the specific games, but it seems you've done all of that - reset, reinstall, make sure they're fully updated. So instead let's focus on the known issue in Windows 10 of random restarts:
