29 paź 2024 · Call Ticketmaster customer services at 1-800-653-8000. Customer service representatives are available to talk to over the phone 7 days a week. After dialing the number, press 1 if you already have tickets and there’s an issue with your order.
Customer Support Hours. Monday through Saturday 12 p.m. to Midnight ET. Sunday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Customer Support remains open until the conclusion of the last game each day. If you are having issues accessing your tickets through the MLB Ballpark App, please try and sign in directly to Ticketmaster. Click the blue button of the team that is hosting the game and sign in, or create an account with the email that you were sent tickets to.
