7 lut 2022 · I sourced an Evo 4 MAF sensor and a new air filter as the one on the car didn’t quite fit with the sensor and adapter installed. The front bumper came off and went to the body shop to have one of the mounting tabs repaired, and I replaced both front fog light bulbs.
Before anything, disconnect your battery's negative terminal, and remove it completely if it's in the engine bay. If you have a positive battery terminal like myself in the engine bay, get that out of the way as well.
Save up enough money to engine swap the Evo 5 engine into the Evo 4. Do the Brembo swap, or upgrade to aftermarket brakes. Save up money for OEM body parts, since I am young and have a higher chance of getting into a fender bender.
21 sie 2012 · I'm looking at potentialy 'dressing' up the engine bay of my IX and wanted to know if anyone has had their rocker cover re-furbed in a different colour.... if so where did you get it done? Can anyone recommend any other subtle touches that would make it look at little cleaner?
