21 paź 2023 · DnD Race, Class, Subclass, and Background Database. I’m just posting this here as a resource for the fifth edition of DnD, with every playable race, subrace, class, subclass, and even backstory provided from DnD’s fifth edition books and supplements.
Each background lets you pick +1 to one ability (you get a choice between two) and +2 to any other ability of your choice. For example: the sage background gives you +1 intelligence or wisdom and +2 to any ability score of your choice.
By tying ability score increases to background instead of race, upbringing becomes a much more important facet of character building. A soldier, through training, will have grown in strength, shown here.
