Miss Earth Vietnam (Vietnamese: Hoa hậu Trái Đất Việt Nam) is the national beauty pageant of Vietnam, established in 2023 by TNÁ Entertainment, which is owned by former supermodel Trương Ngọc Ánh. The current Miss Earth Vietnam titleholder is Cao Ngọc Bích from Hưng Yên.
