26 lis 2024 · Using wither roses to make suspicious stew, whether by direct crafting or by feeding a brown mooshroom and then milking it with a bowl, imbues it with a Wither effect that lasts 8 seconds in Java Edition, [until JE 1.21.4] or 7 seconds in Bedrock Edition and in Java Edition 1.21.4 [upcoming].
As you can't use water and mobs don't spawn on lava. For better results you could add wither roses (dropped when a Wither boss kills an entity). This prevents any mob that is not inmune to the wither effect from spawning(only wither skeletons and the wither are inmune)
All the research I've done has indicated that no mobs other than wither skeletons should be able to spawn on wither roses, yet I'm still seeing blazes, piglins, and magma cubes occasionally. Was something changed that allows these mobs to spawn on roses, or did I do something else wrong?
Wither rose farming is the process of trapping withers and using them to kill mobs and make them drop wither roses. Only wither skeletons can spawn in wither roses, so that makes it ideal for wither skeleton farms.
The Wither Rose is a flower variant added by vanilla Minecraft that doesn't generate naturally. It will only drop when a Wither kills any mob, even if it is an undead mob and the Wither only kills it "by accident".

Is there anyplace wither roses spawn naturally or is the only way to get them still by having a wither boss kill a mob? Since 16.5 has Ice and Fire, look for Graveyards from the Same Mod. They have 2-3 Wither Roses, and the trapped ghost chest that can also contain a flower. Any RoW seeds for the 1.4 beta?
