For instructions, have a look at https://www.howtogeek.com/232779/how-to-rebuild-a-broken-icon-cache-in-windows-10/ (third-party link). More importantly, are the "broken" icons causing any troubles in Word (or in Windows in general)?
If yes, right click on Word icon > Create shortcut and pin the shortcut to Tray and copy on Desktop 2. If above doesn't work - Try repairing your Office installation.
