I spent 12 hrs downloading 3GB worth of Windows 10 through tool and after verifying the update it gave me a message saying 'Setup failed to boot, please reboot your pc and try again later'.

I signed up for the Insider program to use the the new refresh tool but when I go to run it I get a message that says I am running the version of windows that will not work. Am I missing something?
