A: Job Seekers can reset their password at https://milogin.michigan.gov/ and select “forgot your password?” Employers can reset their password at https://www.mitalent.org/ by selecting sign in, entering their email address, and selecting forgot password. User ID and Password: An employer establishes a unique User ID and Password when creating an account. The email address will be the User ID. The User ID and Password are required for all future access to the system. For security purposes, the system will prompt users to change their password every 180 days.
Enter your full name, phone number, email address, which will become your User ID, and a password. Passwords must be 8 characters long, with one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number.
User ID and Password: The MILogin user ID and password created by the job seeker will be required for all future access to their account and profile. MILogin will prompt the job seeker to change their password once a year. Privacy: A job seeker's personal data is never transmitted with the Password to employers.
