Immediately after arriving on Earth, Serleena transforms into a Victoria's Secret model and gets jumped by a man wielding a knife. She devours him alive with little effort then, after realizing that eating him makes her look fat and suspicious, barfs him up and steals his clothes.
Luckily, J returns and shoots Serleena, freeing K before she has a chance to eat him. As Laura, J, and K head for the Light's departure point, Serleena is revealed to have been reduced to her worm-like form, but quickly turns back into her Victoria's Secret Model form.
In flashbacks, a group of aliens called Zarthans, led by Princess Lauranna, travel to Earth and beg the Men in Black (MiB) organization for help in guarding a powerful item called the Light of Zartha before a shapeshifting alien called Serleena gets it.
