Ok did some testing for myself and it seems the controller might not be connecting to your PC. Check the cord or USB connector. It should say "ACTIVATE SPLITSCREEN" once the controller has been connected.
13 maj 2024 · Launch Black Ops 3 through Steam as normal. Plug in two controllers via USB or connect wireless adapters. In the multiplayer menu or lobby, access "Split Screen" under your player name: Assign controller inputs for the 2nd player. Configure multiplayer classes, streaks, gear etc for both players. Start matchmaking and you‘re playing split screen!
