I use Jdownloader to manage Mega links and regardless of file size under 10gig (that im aware of) it will eventually start the download after anywhere between a few days and 2 weeks so long as i dont download anything else from mega during that time.
it does, but you have to choose option. i use mega as my main source. i just add stuff to the app, it downloads it one after one, and when i reach the free quota i connect to a different server with vpn.
