It’s likely perfectly fine. The issue is when closing the door that the window will hit the trim if it didn’t drop. As long as the car has power, the window should drop clear. If you don’t see a big dent in your door trim, you should be good. My manual release has been pulled several times by friends who didn’t wait for the exit tutorial.
With Model 3 in Park, press and release the button on the Tesla charge cable to open the charge port door.
