This potion (Invisibility Potion - the full, real-deal) isn't the same as Rogue's vanish, cloak, etc. I have verified many many of times of whether or not elites can detect this! THEY CAN!
Invisibility potions are the best anti gank strategy in the game. They are extremely useful for all kinds of situations, but as they put all potions on a 10 minute cooldown, its best to only use these in an emergency.
