28 lut 2022 · Customer service is awful and will lie to you and lead you on. They’ve “gone out of business” and magically come back multiple times in the last few months, yet claim they are still waiting for inventory to fulfill orders. Date of experience: April 01, 2024.

The KN95 masks that shopmaskc sells are not legitimate KN95 masks. There is no GB marking printed on the mask that is required when the masks are manufactured in China. Also, if you research the mask, you will find legit labs that have tested the mask which they have found is not a true KN95 mask.
FWIW - I actually messaged Maskc and they said the Going out of business was a marketing mistake and they will be restocking in the fall. I expect most the upstarts that sought to ride the cash train of unregulated consumer-grade pandemic items will be out of business before the new year. This is for the better.
