Marshall’s earliest 100-watt bass head was the JTM 45/100 model with ‘Super 100 Amplifier’ on a white rear panel and the word ‘bass’ adjacent to the speaker impedance selector. By 1967 there was a black flag JTM logo on the front panel with a gold Plexi rear panel adorned with ‘Super Bass 100’.
20 gru 2012 · Bugera makes a really nice 100w 6550 capable Marshall Superbass clone with their 1960 (discontinued) and 1960 Infinium. A Marshall VBA400 would be a monster. I want one so badly! Their less known PA 200 would make an awesome bass amp. If you can find one cheap, Sovtek Mig 100 might be an option.
