The long lines at the customer service counter was the only thing that you could count on every day. My room had a problem with the mini frig and TV that were not fixed after 16 hours. It’s hard to fix problems when the techs never showed.

13 sie 2024 · Review of Margaritaville At Sea. Reviewed August 13, 2024. I have not even left for the cruise yet but have had issues with their customer service. They called me 4 days before I leave and tell me that I still owe. I said I paid and they said my balance was due 60 days prior to cruising.
While Margaritaville at Sea offers a very low upfront cost (think two-for-one cruise rates), you get what you pay for. Also, be prepared to spend several hundred dollars more once onboard with gratuities, fuel surcharge, drinks, specialty dining or pizza, casino, shore excursion, etc.
