5 sie 2019 · I've been evaluating purchasing a 16-20year Prevost motorhome. Given appropriately documented maintenance records, these units appear to be a reasonable purchase, i.e. ~200K miles w/85%-90% price depreciation.
27 lip 2023 · I own a 1997 Prevost XL (45') converted by Marathon. I bought the coach 8 years ago with 40,000 miles on it and have driven it over 100,000 miles since owning it. Mechanically this coach is perfect with everything needing some TLC addressed over the past 8 years.
1 gru 2014 · Marathon coaches are on the Prevost chassis. They're built in Coburg OR across from the old Monaco headquarters. We know someone who didn't want slides in his Marathon and they really tried to talk him into slides because the market has told them that people want slides.
On the Prevost site, there is always an argument/comparison on whether to spend $850,000 on a new Newmar (or any other brand) or buying a used Prevost. The Prevost would be about 9-12 yrs. old depending on the converter (Liberty Coach, Marathon, Millennium, Featherlite, etc.).
25 mar 2010 · I have been researching luxury coaches for two years now and have considered Prevost through Marathon, Liberty, Featherlite, Outlaw etc. Also very attractive are: American Heritage, Monaco Signature, Newell and Newmar King Air.

New models can range in price from $750,000 to $3 million. Yet, a more affordable ten or 20-year-old model can stop the entire campground in its tracks as you drive by.
