Train an Aran, Evan and Mercedes class to at least Level 70 each to transfer link skill effects. It is however recommended to raise each of them to Level 120 for its maximum effects. These 3 classes will give you link skills beneficial for EXP growth.

I'd recommend starting to play next month for the hyper burn perks or the new class Khali, who is going to be released in the savior update. If you like simple classes, I'd recommend Dawn Warriors or Wind Archers. Both classes are easy to play, have decent damage, and their toolsets help to get you through most boss contents.
