See all photos. About. The R&GN is a 15-inch gauge railway and living museum. Our steam trains travel along a 2-mile right of way through scenic canyons, woods, and rock cuts beside the Dells of the Wisconsin River.
Enjoy a peaceful two-mile train trip through the unique rock formations and beautiful woods that line the Wisconsin River. It’s not unusual to see deer, turkeys, foxes, and other animals on a train trip.
