28 mar 2022 · Requirements for Entry into Romania from Malta . All COVID-19 travel restrictions for passengers travelling to Romania have been lifted. Passengers entering Romania will not need to take tests, present documentation proving immunity from COVID-19 or complete a passenger locator form.
The Superintendence of Public Health no longer requires that persons travelling to Malta complete the digital Passenger Locator Form. The completion of the EU-dPLF is voluntary irrespective of the country you are travelling from. All countries/zones are now classified as red.
