There really isn't free parking anywhere in the downtown area. However there is plenty of paid parking at Mallory Square in the city's parking lot.
6 mar 2024 · The Mallory Square lot is small and may fill up. It’s more expensive than other lots as well. If it’s full, park in the Key West Bight parking lots on Caroline Street across from Harpoon Harry’s. It’s a short walk to Duval and the harbor. There is also a City Garage at 300 Grinnell Street.

There are pay to park lots near Mallory Square and along the harbor in that area on Caroline Street. Free parking is pretty impossible in that area. There are many metered spots near the Southernmost Point as well as a large pay lot on Duval and United.
