16 maj 2024 · The midsole is soft and bouncy at slow speeds (6:00 min/km, 9:40 min/mile and slower). At higher paces (4:30 min/km, 7:00 min/mile and faster), the Mach 6 feels remarkably efficient. The new foam has excellent rebound and works with the rocker to create a propulsive effect.
25 kwi 2024 · While the Mach 5 testers found the shoe “very heavy” on longer, steady runs, the Mach 6 felt light at all speeds and distances. These feathery, responsive trainers perform best on tempo or threshold runs, and are also ideal for intervals, hill repeats, and speed workouts, giving me a touch of turbo when I need to find another gear.
13 mar 2024 · Thanks to a midsole foam that feels, overall, very similar overall to the ProFLy + dual layer midsole in the previous version, the shoe maintains its reputation as a swift pick for distances up to 10 km, perfect for tempo runs or even racing in 5Ks or 10Ks.
5 mar 2024 · The shoe is extremely versatile and can be used for many kinds of runs: easy runs, long runs, tempo runs, etc. I used it for distances ranging from 6-15 miles, where it felt comfortable regardless of distance, as well as paces ranging from recovery to tempo and it performed well allall those paces.
